Home Fresh Foods supply the very best fresh produce direct to your door. We aim to take away the stress and hassle of shopping by providing you with a weekly or fortnightly delivery of fresh fruit and vegetables.

HOW IT ALL WORKS

Depending on the size of your family you can choose from our amazing boxes. (see boxes we do section) Each week we change the contents of the box to make sure people are getting a varied diet as well as a healthy saving.

We appreciate that everyone likes different things so we aim to take this into account. If you specifically like or dislike any items we supply then simply let us know and we can tailor your box to your own needs.

A few days after your receive your first delivery, we will call you to see how you got on with it and at that point you can decide whether you are looking to re order the following week. We will provide you with as little or as many deliveries as you require.

Every item in all our boxes is hand picked by our dedicated picking team and checked carefully to make sure we are providing our customers with the very best fruit, vegetables and fresh produce.

FAQs

1. When do I need to order by?

Please have your order emailed or called in by 7pm the night before your delivery day. However, If you forget and call up on the day we will do our very best to get you what you require.

2. Can I get specific things or do you need notice?

Again we'd greatly appreciate some notice so whatever you need please let us know by 7pm the night before that way we can get you anything you require for the next day. (as long as its available)

3. How do i order?

Simply by any of the follwoing methods:

Let your delivery driver know you are ok for the next week when he brings your box or call/email/text us and we will put you down for a delivery.

4. Can I change my box contents?

Yes you can. Again just get in touch with us anyway you like and let us know what you want. We will tailor a box to your exact needs. On some occasions depending what you want this may cost slightly more or likewise if you want less, it'll cost you less.

5. Where do you get your produce?

All our fruit and vegetables are sourced as locally as we can possibly find them. We try our best to find freshest produce grown as close to us as possible. However, on some occasions produce will come from other countries if its not available otherwise.

6. What do I do with my empty box?

On average our boxes are re used 4 times and are made of 95% recycled materials. We really would appreciate if you could return your empty boxes back each week to your delivery driver in order for us to re use them and help the environmental impact of your delivery.

7. Can i skip a delivery if I don't need anything?

Yes. Again just get in touch and give us plenty notice.

8. Will you deliver my box when the weather is poor?

With Winter fast approaching and snow forecast, we will endeavour to do our utmost, where and how, possible to ensure all deliveries are met. We will keep you up to date with our daily reports on here and on fcebook. So keep checking our website for more information and changes to deliveries.

9. What if i'm not home when you drop my box?

We will either leave it in a pre arranged place for you or come back later.

10. Do you do any other products?

We are currently also selling free range eggs and milk. We are looking into a whole new range of products for the new year so if you are interested in getting more products from Home Fresh then please get in touch.

11. How do I store my fruit and veg?

When you receive your box from us it's important that you unpack it straight away. Most things should be stored in a refrigerator with the exception of bananas, fresh basil and avocados. Keeping the produce in the fridge will ensure it stays nice and fresh for longer. Most fruits can be stored in the fridge too although should be fine in a fruit bowl in a cool place.
